I’ll be honest: I was extremely skeptical when I first reached out to Tiny Homes. Like most people, I’ve heard horror stories about hidden fees and deposits, so I was on high alert. However, they immediately put my mind at ease.
They quoted me a straightforward total: just $1999 for the down payment and delivery fee. There were no surprise charges added on top of that. The delivery process was surprisingly simple and hassle-free—they handled the logistics, and I just had to prepare the site.
The best part? They didn’t pressure me to pay the full amount until the home was actually delivered. I was able to inspect everything and only paid the balance upon delivery. Thank God I decided to work with them. They proved that honesty in this business still exists. Highly recommend!
